The iRhythm Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation team is looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer (SDET) with proven experience. In this role, you will be guiding and organizing test efforts around our platform services. This is a hands-on coding role with project management responsibilities. You’ll have an opportunity to work with a talented team on a diverse set of SaaS based solutions within the medical device/software industry. Responsibilities

  • Developing stable and reliable test automation, with an emphasis on REST API based services
  • Advocating for and contributing to improvements in our testing tools and frameworks
  • Organizing and reporting on testing efforts for projects, leveraging tools such as Jira and Jama
  • Partnering with cross-team stakeholders to communicate results and coordinate efforts
  • Contributing to documentation to support the medical device development lifecycle

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of Test Automation development and experience in a lead role
  • Expertise with an Object-Oriented programming language, such as Java, C++, C#, Python, etc.
  • Experience working with testing tools such as TestNG, Appium, Selenium Web Driver, REST Assured, Postman
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and workflow tools (such as Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for quality and attention to detail
  • Experience working with medical devices a plus.

  • Estimated Pay Range: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00
  • Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
