Responsibilities

  • Assess potential effects and impact of proposed changes on engineering teams and stakeholders, identifying and documenting all areas of impact
  • Create comprehensive change management plans aligned with project, engineering goals, and impact analysis
  • Perform change readiness assessments on teams, identify gaps, and incorporate plans to address them
  • Proactively identify potential risks and resistance to change, collaborating with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies
  • Map out key stakeholders, understand their influence, and develop engagement strategies with project/product owners to ensure support
  • Ensure alignment between project/product goals and change management objectives
  • Partner with Product/Project managers to align change management activities with project governance, staying informed on timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and providing regular updates
  • Collaborate or drive the development of training materials and conduct technical workshops to prepare engineers for changes
  • Define success metrics to track change adoption progress, measure performance, and report on outcomes
