  • Plan daily operations and short-term focus areas to support staff education and development, realizing premium employee experiences
  • Manage sales and training as the Service & Selling leader to ensure smooth store operations
  • Thoroughly enforce Nike policies and regulations to execute excellent store operations
  • Lead execution of strategic plans by proactively making proposals
  • Collaborate with related departments in the store to coach staff
  • Understand team priorities and lead specific actions on the front lines through customer service to improve customer satisfaction and KPIs (e.g., Conversion, UPT, customer satisfaction)
