Expertise in Workday, particularly in security for HCM and Finance
Knowledge of market standards and best practices in Workday security
Experience in designing global security architectures adapted to client operational models
Ability to lead workshops and discussions on Workday security topics
Capability to autonomously lead a workstream and track progress
Experience piloting diverse teams and providing guidance throughout projects

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients on market standards and best practices in HCM and Finance security
Contribute to functional solutions tailored to client needs using Workday and Accenture methodologies
Build a global security design with client and functional teams, based on experience and industry practices
Animate workshops and lead discussions on Workday security and related topics
Lead your workstream autonomously and ensure progress tracking
Pilot diverse teams and accompany them throughout the project
Work closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
Actively contribute to innovation by creating new methods
