Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, current Workday Financials Certification with multiple domains (mandatory), Foundation Data Model (FDM) Certification (desired), and 9+ years of Workday Financials implementation or AMS experience, plus experience with General Ledger and at least one of Accounting Center, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Contracts, Projects, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Assets.
The role involves working closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, functional leads, junior resources, project managers, and teams across HCM, Payroll, Integrations, Financials, OCM, Data Conversion, and Reporting, while connecting with customer and prospect leadership.
A strong candidate has 9+ years of Workday Financials experience, current certifications in multiple Financials domains, experience handling multiple AMS engagements, ability to balance concurrent projects across time zones, and expertise in General Ledger plus other financial modules.
