Expertise in discovery conversations, value-based selling, world-class demonstration and storytelling skills, and experience building rapport with cross-functional teams spanning sales, product management, product marketing, and business development are required. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are also necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Lead Sales Solution Engineer will strategically partner with the Sales Team to meet with business leaders at prospect companies to understand their goals and articulate Truework's value proposition. They will meet with stakeholders across the organization, tailor messaging to different audiences, and shape value creation through presentations, case studies, product demonstrations, pilots, solution designs, and proposals. Responsibilities also include educating prospective clients on automated verification services, serving as the verification expert during sales cycles, answering technical and compliance questions, distilling and communicating customer needs to the Product team to drive the product roadmap, and collaborating with Marketing on case studies, use cases, and marketing events.
