Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-specific retail media strategies aligned with business goals to drive growth and incrementality
  • Serve as the retail media lead within the media team, collaborating with agency partners, sales, and analytics for integrated strategies supporting sell-in and sell-through
  • Act as a digital thought leader, identifying and promoting innovations, sharing insights, and enhancing media approaches
  • Partner with marketing analytics for clear reporting of media performance, test plans, outcomes, and advanced measurement models
  • Partner with advertising platforms, research partners, and retail media networks to optimize spend and impact
  • Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports, ensuring alignment, high performance, and collaboration
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of retail media campaigns, managing efficiency, budget, timelines, and contributing to policy/program development
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to align on strategies and achieve shared goals
  • Clearly communicate media strategy, results, and insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate challenges, develop proactive measures, and implement process improvements and best practices
