As a Lead Recruiter, GTM, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within Anima. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the recruitment process and build relationships with external recruitment partners. You will also play a key role in expanding Anima's talent pool and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Automates patient triage for healthcare providers
