They should have excellent observational and analytical skills, being able to draw on a large toolkit of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
The Lead Product Researcher will be responsible for planning and executing user research studies, both moderated and unmoderated, utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineering, documentation, and analytics teams to create research proposals, understand business needs, research goals, and target customers. The role involves identifying and prioritizing actionable research results and communicating research findings through presentations, posters, graphics, displays, workshops, and wireframes to drive product strategy and design for both new and existing products.
