The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or platform security, with hands-on experience in authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, MFA, or certificate-based authentication. They should also possess strong product execution skills, including defining requirements and writing user stories, along with experience in AI technologies and understanding AI-specific security risks and governance challenges. A customer-centric mindset, technical acumen, clear communication skills, experience with zero trust security models or adaptive authentication systems, familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and prior experience in a SaaS or enterprise platform environment are also required. Experience defining product requirements, transforming them into a roadmap, and a deep curiosity about customer needs are essential.
This role involves defining and delivering products that ensure secure and governed connectivity between AI agents, enterprise systems, and external platforms using standards like MCP and A2A. The individual will drive innovation at the intersection of AI, security, and automation, crafting solutions for AI governance workflows, authentication, observability, and enterprise automation. Responsibilities also include shaping industry standards, influencing the modernization of legacy and cloud systems into AI-enabled agents, and collaborating with technology partners and standards bodies to evolve the interoperability landscape.
