Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a vision for growth/MarTech infrastructure aligned with company objectives
  • Create a roadmap that drives business value through actionable insights and predictive analytics
  • Build durable, cross-channel infrastructure to simplify campaign orchestration and enable experimentation
  • Support rapid A/B testing and campaign iteration across channels
  • Evaluate and manage vendor partnerships as part of a build vs. buy strategy
  • Lead initiatives that harness data for customer personalization
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams on data governance and regulatory compliance
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks for data product performance and iterate based on quantitative insights
  • Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders
