Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 8+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years of project leadership. A strong understanding of product lifecycle management, security, and compliance principles is required, along with experience with Agile program management tools like ADO, Jira Align, or SmartSheets. Technical systems thinking, preferably with cloud experience, is also necessary. Remote work requires a high-speed DSL or cable modem with a minimum speed of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload, and a dedicated, interruption-free workspace.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager will drive innovative solutions to enhance Humana's technology landscape through automation and low-code solutions. They will lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality infrastructure products, manage all phases of the product lifecycle from inception to market introduction, and monitor product efficacy based on customer feedback. This role involves interacting with executive leadership to align strategic initiatives with organizational demand, creating and prioritizing product iteration backlogs, and ensuring final products meet IT and Humana standards. The Lead Product Manager will also influence department strategy and make decisions on technical approaches for project components.
