Requirements

Candidates should have at least 6 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in content moderation, trust & safety, or related risk management domains. A strong understanding of machine learning applications in content moderation, including natural language processing and computer vision for harmful content detection, is required. Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager will develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for content trust, encompassing content moderation, harmful content detection, policy enforcement, and transparency reporting for a global user base. This role involves defining and tracking company-level success metrics for Content Trust over multiple quarters and years. The individual will advocate for safety by design principles across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Operations teams. Responsibilities also include building automated solutions and scalable workflows to identify, assess, and respond to platform risks, and evaluating and managing vendor relationships for content moderation tools, threat intelligence, and compliance reporting solutions.
