The Lead Product Manager requires 8+ years of experience in software product management, with preferred experience in conference room A/V environments and room design. Familiarity with REST API, WebSocket, and Webhook concepts is beneficial, as is experience with SaaS-based Enterprise organizations. A technical background, such as an Engineering or Computer Science degree, is a plus, and the candidate should possess strong self-motivation, detail orientation, and communication skills.
The Lead Product Manager will contribute to the Zoom Rooms vision and strategy, engaging with new hardware partners to innovate and drive the roadmap for core audio, visual, and meeting features. They will also analyze competitive offerings, work with customers and partners to ensure effective solution implementation, and collaborate with marketing to communicate product benefits. Furthermore, the role involves breaking down product visions into releases, driving execution with engineering teams and partners, and managing the product lifecycle across Zoom Rooms and related integrations.
