Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in product management or a related function. A thorough understanding of agile methodologies, advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills are required, along with advanced written and verbal communication skills. Experience launching and/or managing large-scale products or programs in large organizations is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Agile Tracking tools like Azure Dev Ops or Jira, 2+ years in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, or software engineering, 2+ years in healthcare, 5+ years in product management, and strategy or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager will oversee and manage the entire product lifecycle, from design conception through testing and delivery. They will collaborate with business stakeholders to define user requirements and success criteria, execute the technical product roadmap, and work closely with engineering, data science, design, product owner, and business teams to translate product vision into features and a backlog for AI solutions. Responsibilities also include supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assisting with pilot and launch planning, tracking key metrics, and ensuring the final product is high-quality, impactful, and meets business requirements.
