Candidates should possess at least 6 years of product management experience in the technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS product industries. Experience utilizing data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding is required. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum, is necessary, along with product development experience in healthcare technology. Experience working on or leading products for an AI/ML platform team, building platforms for vertical and horizontal scaling, and a proven track record of launching AI/ML platforms, tools, or internal services are preferred. Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, scalable AI infrastructure, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering and VLMs, is also preferred. The ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions for diverse internal stakeholders and experience managing a broad set of stakeholders are highly desirable. Experience in a healthcare technology environment is also preferred.
The Technical Product Manager will define and deliver the roadmap for the internal AI ecosystem, partnering closely with engineering, diverse internal product teams, and business/clinical leadership. Responsibilities include cultivating a shared vision for problem spaces, constraints, priorities, and ideal end states, and articulating this perspective. Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities, including monitoring key metrics and user feedback, is expected. The role involves working with internal teams and end users to understand requirements, perform solution design, test hypotheses with data, and support teams through execution. Writing detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria is a key duty. Developing short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk and assuming ongoing iteration is also required.
