Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and ideally have 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX Systems design for B2B or Enterprise software. Strong experience with design systems, pattern libraries, and design thinking methodologies is essential. A deep understanding of user research, data analysis, and prototyping tools is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Product Designer, you will shape the future vision of the platform by aligning design principles, patterns, and guidelines with the broader product strategy. You will lead efforts to envision platform unification, innovative cross-product workflows, and AI capabilities through mapping and design storytelling. You will collaborate with user researchers and people scientists to leverage deep human insights and guide product strategy, mentor designers, and contribute to design communities of practice, leading playback and co-creation workshops.
