As the Head of Product Design, you will lead and grow the UX team, hiring, coaching, and retaining top designers and researchers, defining and executing a design strategy aligned with product goals, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering and Product Management, advocating for user-centric design, and engaging in the design process alongside your team, providing creative direction and contributing to UX solutions, UI design, and graphic design when necessary. You will also interact directly with customers to gather feedback and ensure a positive user experience.
