Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in product design, with a focus on UX systems design for B2B or enterprise software. Strong experience working on complex software for multiple user types and driving consistency and streamlined workflows is essential. Familiarity with design systems, cutting-edge patterns, and workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

As the Lead Product Designer, you will contribute to shaping the future of the Culture Amp platform by identifying patterns and designing high-level solutions to drive alignment, inform technical solutions, and coordinate planning with product teams. You will lead efforts to envision platform unification, innovative cross-product workflows, and AI capabilities in collaboration with user researchers and people scientists. You will mentor designers, lead playback and co-creation workshops, and guide product strategy by integrating bold ideas into product roadmaps.
