Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of product design experience, with a focus on consumer or B2B SaaS, FinTech, developer tools or platforms, or growth-oriented products. Experience in people management is required, along with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design on new product launches, MVPs, or growth experiments. Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools, understanding of responsive and accessible design, and experience with user research methods and data-driven design decisions are essential. Experience with design systems and their evolution is also necessary. Bonus points include experience designing for underserved populations, launching subscription-based tools, familiarity with growth design methodologies, and experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design for new digital financial tools across mobile and web, collaborating on early-stage product strategy to define value propositions, user journeys, and MVP experiences. Responsibilities include translating complex concepts into intuitive user experiences, conducting discovery research and usability testing, and designing high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes. The role involves partnering with teams to ensure quality execution and UX, measuring the impact of design solutions on business and user outcomes, and evolving the design system. Additionally, the Lead Product Designer will mentor junior designers and foster an outcomes-driven design culture.
