Lead the design vision and execution for product experiences that engage, activate, and retain users, driving meaningful change. Design new features and optimize existing experiences to increase petition creation, supporter activation, and community engagement. Conduct user discovery, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and rapidly prototype and test concepts. Shape holistic UX visions and strategies to improve clarity, trust, and long-term engagement, driving measurable improvements in petition outcomes.
