Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dynamic Adobe Workfront dashboards, views, filters, and reports tailored to business operations and field teams
  • Continuously optimize the front-end experience based on user feedback and evolving business needs
  • Own all Workfront documentation including field mapping, process flows, usage guides, and standard methodologies
  • Ensure documentation is clear, current, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Act as the main point of contact for Workfront users across TPS Central
  • Deliver enablement sessions, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption and confidence
  • Gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
  • Find opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify user interactions
  • Develop scalable, repeatable solutions that support business growth and operational rigor
  • Collaborate with developers and Fusion experts to translate business requirements into technical execution
