Requirements

Knowledge of initial piercings and allowable alloys (gold, titanium)
Expertise in safety, hygiene, and piercing procedures, including needle piercing
Calm and professional demeanor for piercing services
Ability to embody Mejuri values in client interactions
Passion for sharing knowledge and mentorship
Ability to explain service procedures, risks, aftercare, infection signs/symptoms, material-specific care, downsizing, and medical concerns/complications

Responsibilities

Oversee the piercing customer journey from greeting, check-in, styling, transaction, to aftercare education
Act as a Mejuri ambassador, promote the brand and piercing studios, and build a strong local clientele
Communicate insights and opportunities on piercing products/services to Store Manager and Store Services
Collaborate with Store Manager on improvements to piercing studio flow and processes
Work with store staff to update schedules and online booking services
Oversee and manage all aspects of the piercing studio, working closely with Store Services team and Store Manager
Support inventory management and provide feedback with Opera
