Expert on Postman, including core product, platform capabilities and API, technical architecture, and business impact
Passionate about APIs, partnerships, ecosystems, and developer experience/success
Experience as primary technical point of contact for key partners (customers, ISVs, SIs), guiding through onboarding, integration, design reviews, troubleshooting, and support
Ability to lead partners from high-level architecture to code implementation for smooth technical integrations
Skilled in creating technical content (webinars, docs, blogs) and developing tools, sample apps/code, best practices
Experience presenting solutions, technologies, proposals, and best practices at meetings, executive reviews, conferences, workshops, events
Ability to partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, partnerships, GTM, customer success, operations teams
Capability to foster partner communities, implement feedback mechanisms, run beta programs, aggregate feedback, and inform product roadmaps
Strong relationship-building with key partners and senior executives
Excellent communication and evangelism skills for strategy, internally and externally
Strategic thinker able to define partner engineering strategy, frameworks, programs, processes, culture, and success metrics (satisfaction, adoption, engagement, performance, usage, support efficiency)

Responsibilities

Define partner engineering strategy
Seed and scale onboarding, support, and scaling of the Postman Ecosystem
Drive developer and app success across customers, partners, and Postman developers
Act as primary technical point of contact for key partners, guiding through onboarding, integration, design reviews, troubleshooting, and support
Lead partners through high-level architecture to code implementation for technical integrations
Create technical content (webinars, docs, blogs) and develop tools, sample apps/code, best practices for use cases
Present solutions, technologies, proposals, best practices at partner meetings, executive reviews, conferences, workshops, events
Partner cross-functionally across Postman and partner teams to execute partner plans, product launches, and drive developer success
Foster vibrant partner community and implement feedback mechanisms to improve satisfaction and scale success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run beta programs, improve platform, grow ecosystem
Aggregate feedback, explore strategic opportunities, inform product roadmap
Build relationships with key partners and senior executives
Communicate and evangelize strategy internally and externally
Define partner engineering strategy, frameworks, programs, processes, culture to scale operations
Define and move key success metrics for customers, partners, and Postman
