Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience in team management
- Availability to work night shifts (22h-06h)
- Good knowledge of IN-OUT logistics flows and ability to use WMS
- Stress-resistant and flexible (shift work, overtime, etc.)
- Exemplary leader who can motivate the team
- Excellent communicator with empathy

- Rigorous and uncompromising on safety, procedures, and workplace regulations

Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Team Lead (to whom you provide regular feedback), distribute team work to ensure daily objectives are met on time and with expected quality
- Represent the company on the floor and ensure compliance with rules and procedures, especially regarding safety, employee well-being, and equipment
- Welcome and train new arrivals
- Maintain a positive work climate within the team and intervene on the floor in case of conflicts
- Act as backup to the Team Leader
- Work on resolving operational problems
- Ensure administrative follow-up of operations and personnel management
