Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in a creative leadership or production role within a performance marketing environment, a strong background in ideating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms, and proven success in developing concepts that directly impacted user acquisition and ROI. They should also have experience with UGC-style content, motion graphics, and performance-first storytelling, along with an analytical mindset and the ability to read raw performance data and extract creative insights, and a deep understanding of creative testing and iteration.
The Lead Marketing Creative Producer (Paid Social) will be responsible for strategic creative leadership, including designing and executing a long-term creative strategy focused on profit and scalable performance, identifying growth opportunities and high-potential formats across Meta, TikTok, and other paid acquisition platforms, implementing new frameworks, tools, and AI-driven systems to accelerate and automate creative output, leading cross-functional collaboration between creative, UA, product, and analytics teams, building a high-volume ideation system, generating and validating innovative creative ideas, supervising and reviewing creative output, analyzing competitive landscape and market trends, owning key creative KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and success rate, establishing clear benchmarks and success criteria, extending lifespan of top-performing creatives, leading and growing a team of creative producers, mentoring team members, and driving knowledge-sharing and scalable best practices across the team.
