Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
The ideal candidate blends sharp performance marketing instincts with refined creative taste - crafting briefs, messaging, and ad concepts that both convert and elevate the brand. They thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment, turning insights into high-impact creative across social channels, and bring the vision to shape a best-in-class program at one of the fastest-growing luxury essentials brands.
With oversight from the Director of Creative Strategy, you will create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth and new customer acquisition by:
