Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 6 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness activities in logistics or supply chain projects
  • Ability to plan and execute Week In the Life (WIL) simulations, including scenario design, stakeholder coordination, and outcome validation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external vendors
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (in both Japanese and English), including presentation and group discussion facilitation
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution center operations highly valued
  • Ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, foster clarity, and maintain momentum

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of UAT to validate business requirements and operational workflows
  • Design and manage WIL simulations, including scenario development, stakeholder coordination, and outcome evaluation
  • Collaborate closely with the Test Coordinator to ensure smooth test execution and escalate defects for resolution
  • Facilitate alignment between business teams, Technology, and external vendors (e.g., 3PL, MHE, carriers)
  • Identify and escalate readiness risks, and support mitigation planning
  • Provide clear documentation and reporting on UAT and WIL outcomes
  • Support go-live preparation and post-launch stabilization activities
