Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with at least 4 years of technical experience, 2 years of IT Finance experience, and 2 years of project leadership experience. Strong skills in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, effective communication and presentation to senior leaders, and experience in leading special projects, metrics, and trend analysis are required. An MBA or advanced degree, Six Sigma certification, PMP certification, and demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex programs are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Lead, IT Portfolio Management for Human Resources will oversee and optimize IT initiatives, projects, and systems supporting the HR function. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to develop financial models and business cases, facilitating prioritization processes, and ensuring alignment of project investments with business strategy. The role involves measuring and reporting on portfolio health, conducting portfolio reviews, tracking delivery effectiveness, and identifying risks. Additionally, the Lead will manage budgeting, financial projections, and forecasts, advise on demand/capacity planning, provide comprehensive financial reporting, and validate/aggregate contracts, including managing software renewals and supplier management cases. The position also requires overseeing the Corporate Services Technology (CST) operational budget, ensuring HR IT projects comply with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, engaging stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in HR technology management.
