Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Education, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in instructional design, preferably with experience in the automotive or OEM industry, and additional experience in retail or fixed operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Instructional Learning Designer will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials, courses, and learning modules, facilitate thorough needs assessments to identify learning objectives, design interactive instructional content including storyboards and outlines, assist in the creation of storyboards and outlines for instructional content, review and edit instructional materials for clarity and accuracy, work closely with instructional developers and stakeholders to gather feedback, and participate in evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials and making recommendations for improvements. Additionally, the role requires 25% travel.
