Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and lead consultancy projects from start to finish
  • Contribute to developing qualitative service delivery within Liantis and translate it to teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (from knowledge center to payroll, partners to customers) to implement and apply current processes in broad service delivery (from quote to cash)
  • Strengthen the consultancy position with a broad view on offerings and focus on further growth
  • Provide necessary tools and guidelines with expertise and proactive attitude so service delivery can be executed and followed up correctly by colleagues
  • Stimulate customer-centric thinking, support employees in offering proactive solutions, and signal improvement points to strengthen service
  • Maintain quality as a central focus
  • Continuously seek new products and processes to improve service delivery and stay updated on latest trends via congresses, webinars, and training
  • Manage sustainable relationships with other departments within Liantis and external parties like freelancers and partners, striving for flawless collaboration and continuous process improvements
  • Together with the service delivery manager, strive for optimal cost-efficiency and efficient budget management
