Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, typically requiring 5-7 years’ experience in financial modeling and financial forecasting, along with five or more years’ experience in accounting, financial data analysis, or financial reporting preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, project management, and leadership skills are required, as well as experience with data manipulation using tools like Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. A CFA/CPA/MBA in Finance is desired.
The Lead Financial Analyst will conduct and document complex financial analysis projects, evaluating and making recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, and financial regulations. They will gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information, developing recommendations to achieve the organization’s financial objectives and determining the financial consequences of alternative methods and strategies. The role involves performing complex data modeling, analyzing financial performance, and delivering clear and concise written and oral presentations supported by data.
