Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in developing ETL solutions, along with experience in building products on the Microsoft .NET stack and a deep understanding of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and SQL performance. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required, complemented by excellent communication abilities.
The Lead ETL/Data Engineering role involves designing, architecting, developing, and maintaining components of Zenoti’s software solution, collaborating with product managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to define and deploy new features and functionality, building software that ensures usability, performance, quality, and responsiveness, working within agile development practices (SCRUM), scaling features to handle significant growth and managing large datasets, releasing new features into production, and refining designs based on customer feedback, and obsessing over the quality of the work produced.
