Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for creative deliverables, delivering impactful creative assets, ensuring brand consistency, and driving high-quality and timely execution in alignment with business goals across campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
  • Handle financial planning and advisory for creative development
  • Provide creative leadership across Web, email, DM, print, social, paid, and other channels
  • Collaborate with account teams and key strategic accounts to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful marketing communication strategies
  • Create and manage campaigns that drive member engagement, retention, and satisfaction
  • Develop communication plans and content that support onboarding, education, and ongoing client needs
  • Lead project plan development and project management across key workstreams for high-profile clients and campaigns
  • Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives, reporting, and escalations when required
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices that drive innovation in operational and marketing functions
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to existing platforms and processes (e.g., digital onboarding, digital experience) to enhance scalability, operational efficiency, and client experience
  • Identify tools and technology to enable Marketing Personalization and unlock Segmentation-based marketing
  • Scale campaigns and asset awareness across Plans and Customers with a robust creative library that is of high utility to clients and marketers (KPI of # clients per campaign)
