Requirements

  • Experience leading AI strategy, execution, and governance, particularly in generative AI, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and customer experience enhancements
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive AI program strategies, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with enterprise goals
  • Expertise in program management, including use case intake, lifecycle management, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, resource planning, timeline management, progress tracking, bottleneck resolution, and documentation (charters, status reports, post-implementation reviews)
  • Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, including bias testing, human oversight, transparency, compliance, risk assessments, controls, third-party risk reviews, and contract negotiations
  • Experience partnering with brand strategy teams to train LLMs on company brand standards and protect brand across AI programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to collaborate with marketing, compliance, legal, technology, and business teams, including facilitating communication, stakeholder engagement, working groups, and steering committees
  • Capability to manage vendor relationships (e.g., contract renewal, feature scoping)
  • Skills in AI enablement, including overseeing training, best practices, support, workshops, roadshows, and developing educational materials/user guides for externally sourced (e.g., Writer.ai, Power Automate, Workfront) and internally developed tools
  • Ability to conduct industry scans of AI-driven marketing best practices and drive innovation/use case development
  • Experience managing a small team championing ethical, high-impact AI programs, balancing innovation with compliance and risk management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI program strategy, prioritizing use cases for business value, operational efficiency, and customer engagement across a 300+ person Marketing organization
  • Lead identification, scoping, and piloting of new AI initiatives using external and internal tools; maintain a rolling roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and manage budget
  • Deliver regular “industry scans” of best practices in AI-driven marketing
  • Oversee a team centralizing AI use case intake and managing full project lifecycle from ideation to deployment
  • Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, ensure high-quality outcomes, and maintain project documentation
  • Manage vendor relationships as needed
  • Ensure AI tool ecosystem uses responsible AI frameworks (bias testing, human oversight, transparency, compliance); partner with brand team to train LLMs on brand standards and protect brand enterprise-wide
  • Standardize risk assessments/controls, oversee third-party risk reviews, contract negotiations, and policy exceptions
  • Partner with marketing, compliance, legal, technology, and business teams to align AI programs with goals; facilitate collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Host regular cross-functional working groups and steering committee meetings
  • Oversee team driving adoption of AI tools/platforms (external and internal), providing training, best practices, and support
  • Co-host breakout sessions, workshops, roadshows to educate on AI capabilities, responsible AI, and program structure; develop/distribute educational materials and user guides
