Responsibilities

Shaping and delivering complex, high-value solutions during early engagement phases and throughout the lifecycle of large-scale customer programs
Supporting solutioning activities during the early stages of the sales cycle, acting as the technical design authority and trusted advisor to customers
Ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound, aligned with business objectives, and feasible for delivery
Leading the technical execution of large, multi-domain programs, ensuring architectural integrity, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery outcomes
Acting as a single point of contact for solution architecture across internal and external stakeholders
Driving quality, governance, and continuous improvement across delivery teams
Collaborating with pursuit managers, program managers, managed services, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from design to run
