Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or another related field
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, data product management, or business intelligence
  • 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role, working with data solutions that impact business strategy
  • 3+ years of experience leading data-driven projects and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent analytical tools
  • Experience with cloud-based data environments such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks
  • Strong background in designing and implementing data models, ETL processes, and self-service analytics solutions
  • Proven ability to drive the adoption of data products and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse/data modeling concepts and procedures
  • Ability to lead complex projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive alignment across teams

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent research on all aspects of a product’s experiences and data, provide findings and recommendations on which data are critical to fully understand the customer experience
  • Own and drive the data product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations between business leaders, data engineers, data scientists, and software developers to enhance data accessibility and usability
  • Develop and refine data models, tables, and dashboards to support self-service analytics and business intelligence initiatives
  • Define and implement best practices for data governance, integrity, and quality assurance across data products
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, advocating for data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of data literacy
  • Partner with business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable data solutions that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer insights
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and guidance for data product usage across the organization
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team skill development through training and coaching
  • Evaluate and integrate new data sources and technologies that enhance analytics capabilities
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across teams
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
