Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or another related field
8+ years of experience in analytics, data product management, or business intelligence
5+ years of experience in a business analysis role, working with data solutions that impact business strategy
3+ years of experience leading data-driven projects and cross-functional teams
Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent analytical tools
Experience with cloud-based data environments such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks
Strong background in designing and implementing data models, ETL processes, and self-service analytics solutions
Proven ability to drive the adoption of data products and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams
Strong proficiency in SQL
Strong understanding of data warehouse/data modeling concepts and procedures
Ability to lead complex projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive alignment across teams

Responsibilities

Conduct independent research on all aspects of a product’s experiences and data, provide findings and recommendations on which data are critical to fully understand the customer experience
Own and drive the data product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals
Lead cross-functional collaborations between business leaders, data engineers, data scientists, and software developers to enhance data accessibility and usability
Develop and refine data models, tables, and dashboards to support self-service analytics and business intelligence initiatives
Define and implement best practices for data governance, integrity, and quality assurance across data products
Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, advocating for data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of data literacy
Partner with business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable data solutions that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer insights
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and guidance for data product usage across the organization
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team skill development through training and coaching
Evaluate and integrate new data sources and technologies that enhance analytics capabilities
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across teams
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
