Requirements

Proficiency in using team-specific applications such as ALC, Wonderware, SCADA
Ability to reference drawings, use PM/CM procedures, and O&M materials for equipment verification and maintenance
Knowledge of electrical sourcing, connections, cabling, and labeling circuit breakers
Capability to monitor building systems via SCADA, ALC, applications, and building rounds
Experience following escalation processes and acting as first responder to major issues
Proficiency in equipment, systems, and safety through on-site and off-site training
Skills in conducting internal job skills training, safety training, mentoring, and overseeing skill demonstrations
Ability to manage vendor relationships and attend preventive maintenance/repair activities
Competence in resolving electrical/mechanical system issues with cross-functional teams
Experience writing Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for preventive and corrective maintenance
Ability to drive process improvements and handle special projects
Flexibility in scheduling when necessary

Responsibilities

Installing and maintaining equipment: collaborate with engineering to specify, install, verify, and de-install equipment; determine electrical sources and build cabling
Monitoring building systems: use SCADA, ALC, applications, and rounds to ensure efficient operation; escalate and correct issues
Using team-specific applications: develop proficiency, maintain, and implement improvements
Responding to escalations: follow processes and act as first responder to major equipment/system issues
Taking ownership of a major system: ensure peak efficiency, maintain records, and communicate improvements/issues
Training: participate in training, identify needs, conduct job skills/safety training, mentor team members
Managing vendors: maintain relationships, attend major system maintenance/repairs in coordination with Lead
Resolving issues: work with vendors, Central Plant, Raised Floor, and Engineering teams
Writing MOPs: coordinate with Engineering and Central Plant for preventive/corrective maintenance
Continuously improving: drive enhancements in processes/procedures with DCO teams, partners, and vendors
Special projects: perform duties as assigned
Scheduling: assist when necessary
