Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in decision science, business analytics, data science, software engineering, or a related field. Additionally, candidates should have 2+ years of experience managing a team and demonstrate intensive hands-on experience in building actionable insights, conducting A/B testing or observational studies, and utilizing data to influence product strategy and roadmap. Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one analytics programming language (Python or R) along with data visualization tools are required.

Responsibilities

As the Decision Science Manager, the individual will serve as a trusted leader and partner for Enterprise stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions through analysis, experimentation, and causal inference. They will take ownership of projects, deliver presentations, and proactively identify new opportunities to drive Enterprise customer value while inspiring, mentoring, and growing decision scientists on their team. The role also involves working hands-on, spending 50% or more of their time driving projects independently and partnering cross-functionally to inform key product and business decisions with data-driven insights.
