Digital Marketing Analysis Lead - Customer Engagement

Position Overview

Humana’s Consumer Insights and Analytics organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Analysis Lead - Customer Engagement to join the team. This role is responsible for improving the prioritization, efficiency, and impact of member-facing communications across marketing, operational, and regulatory communications. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Customer Engagement Analysis, you will have an immediate impact on driving efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery of more than $1 billion in annual discretionary, operational, and regulatory communications to Humana’s customers, members, and patients.

Key Role Functions

  • Assess business cases of new campaigns and strategies.
  • Deaverage data to identify segments of opportunity.
  • Work closely with teams of data scientists to monitor test vs. control performance of campaigns.
  • Respectfully challenge campaigns/strategies that do not have sufficient business or customer value.
  • Develop recommendations about which campaigns to scale up or wind down.
  • Identify bigger picture insights/thematic opportunities based on observing performance across the portfolio of campaigns.
  • Present analysis and recommendations to senior audiences as part of Measurement Council and Marketing Monthly Business Review.

Responsibilities

As the Lead, you will drive adoption of analytical insights, establish customer and business impact-focused prioritization, and identify new opportunities to improve member and business outcomes; all while minimizing member friction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience.
  • Strong analytic, communications, organization, and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making and articulation of strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated success translating insight into business and customer impact.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • High self-initiative, commitment, and follow-through.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Strong team player, able to build and leverage relationships across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
