Humana’s Consumer Insights and Analytics organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Analysis Lead - Customer Engagement to join the team. This role is responsible for improving the prioritization, efficiency, and impact of member-facing communications across marketing, operational, and regulatory communications. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Customer Engagement Analysis, you will have an immediate impact on driving efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery of more than $1 billion in annual discretionary, operational, and regulatory communications to Humana’s customers, members, and patients.
As the Lead, you will drive adoption of analytical insights, establish customer and business impact-focused prioritization, and identify new opportunities to improve member and business outcomes; all while minimizing member friction.
