Requirements

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing curation strategies, managing editorial teams, and working with creative talent is essential. Responsibilities

As the Lead Curator, you will architect and scale VSCO’s curation models, bridging human artistry with machine learning systems to modernize processes while maintaining creative nuance. You will redefine and scale the current curation pipeline, ensuring sustainable growth and editorial excellence, and define requirements for new tools and processes. Additionally, you will design and lead strategic frameworks for curation programs, identify and surface diverse voices within the community, define and lead high-impact collaborations with creators, and act as a key partner to Product, Marketing, and Data teams to integrate curation initiatives into broader company strategies.
