Responsibilities

As a Lead Consultant, the individual will lead IT Operations at customer sites for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions, function as a primary customer liaison managing communication, oversee customer release management programs, analyse customer requirements, and develop customer adoption roadmaps. They will also guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices, focusing on the holistic success and continuous improvement of the customer’s Veeva implementation.
