Responsibilities

The Lead Concierge will be responsible for providing superior customer service at the front desk for all residents, visitors, and vendors, greeting and responding to resident requests and inquiries, addressing residents’ concerns in accordance with company standards, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the building, managing multiple phone lines, assisting with resident packages and mail, creating a monthly Concierge schedule, and finding shift coverage when Concierges call out, all under the direction of the General Manager.
