Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, supply chain technology, or process management
  • Proven ability to define and execute a technology-enabled strategic vision for operational improvement
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and systems integration (experience with retail data platforms, automation, or advanced Excel/SQL preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in influencing and aligning cross-functional technical and business partners, including senior leadership
  • Experience managing DSD or Adult Beverage systems and vendor integrations
  • Skilled in process mapping, performance metrics development, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Driving the design and deployment of DSD and Adult Beverage technical capabilities, including system integrations, automation opportunities, and process optimization
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams — including Merchandising, Inventory Management, Store Operations, Accounts Payable, Target India, Data Analytics, and Product Engineering — to deliver scalable solutions
  • Leading change management efforts through training, communication, and adoption strategies for new systems and tools
  • Conducting field and store visits to validate system performance, gather operational feedback, and translate findings into improvement roadmaps
  • Championing innovation and digital transformation in the DSD space to improve accuracy, transparency, and speed of execution
