Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to develop financial outlook (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and assess performance
Own monthly and quarterly Profit and Loss Statement reporting - analyzing financial results, assessing current and future business risk, conduct monthly/quarterly variance analysis and forecasting, and communicating key messages to senior management
Lead complex business initiatives typically involving cross-functional teams across geographies and organizations
Provide the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives
Consult with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope
Responsible for managing BU spend, partnering with the business, HR and Workforce Planning
Analyze pipeline detail to assess orders, revenue and margin outlook
Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings
