Requirements

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience preferred
  • Sales Finance experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop financial outlook (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and assess performance
  • Own monthly and quarterly Profit and Loss Statement reporting - analyzing financial results, assessing current and future business risk, conduct monthly/quarterly variance analysis and forecasting, and communicating key messages to senior management
  • Lead complex business initiatives typically involving cross-functional teams across geographies and organizations
  • Provide the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives
  • Consult with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope
  • Responsible for managing BU spend, partnering with the business, HR and Workforce Planning
  • Analyze pipeline detail to assess orders, revenue and margin outlook
  • Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings
