Requirements

Candidates must be US citizens, naturalized citizens, or permanent residents holding a green card. This role requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and a drug test. Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is necessary.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain global cloud network infrastructure including routing, switching, VPN services, and ADC systems. Troubleshoot and resolve urgent network issues, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Maintain software-defined infrastructure at scale using automation tools like Ansible and GitLab, performing software upgrades and security patching. Analyze network metrics to prevent outages and support operations in hybrid multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). Partner with SRE teams to improve operational processes, review planned changes, and create detailed documentation. Provide feedback to architects, contribute to design discussions, and evaluate new technologies. Drive automation for rapid deployment and updates, contributing to a low-touch, continuous deployment pipeline.
