BS/BA and relevant experience required. MBA preferred
5+ years of related experience and a proven record demonstrating successful in-line brand marketing including successful launch and communications management
Exposure to product development process and/or new product launch experience
In-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing disciplines, brand management, market research, communications strategy, customer/consumer insight, and integrated marketing material development
Strong financial analysis and significant experience in forecasting in-line and new products
Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses
Experience working with cross-functional teams in developing and executing brand launches
Responsibilities
Develop and execute global launch plans, assets and market development for new products
Lead launch strategy / launch execution recommendations
Ensure Strategic Pricing input into launch recommendation for International and US
Align markets to specific pre-launch and launch activities and ensure local support
Execute successful transfer of knowledge and materials ensuring consistency of global execution by markets
Continue to lead above market launch campaign strategy refinement and execution through launch
Contribute to the long- and medium-term strategy across the Petcare TA portfolio
Strong participation and some leadership of Global Asset Team meetings to ensure alignment across pipeline and in-line asset management
Contribute to brand and therapeutic area lifecycle plans and activities, leading valuation inputs across markets
Assist in long-term valuations of currently marketed products and products in research and development
Lead commercialization forecasting and participate in/influence final global forecasts for new products and new claim values and volumes
Collaborate with other functions (Research & Development, Manufacturing & Supply, Finance, Business Unit Directors, Global Diagnostics, Country Managers, In-country Marketers) to ensure alignment and timely execution of new products’ plans
Partner with Business Analytics to better understand market and customer dynamics, leverage insights in brand planning and measure post launch performance
Oversee for assigned projects external partner relationships, including agency management for launch assets and planning
Represent market & customer perspective in new product development teams
Lead the commercial transfer and launch planning of global launch assets
In partnership with COE and launch markets, develop omnichannel launch campaign for International markets
Support the Global Portfolio Strategy Director in the development of key marketing programs supporting in-line portfolio growth and partnership with the International Commercial Centre of Excellence
