Requirements
- Several years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to be flexible and apply troubleshooting techniques to solve manufacturing issues
- Proven experience of supervising or leading a team
- Desirable: working knowledge of ERP systems & Quality deviation tracking systems such as Veeva and Oracle
- Desirable: experience in Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement activities
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the manufacture of products in the large scale manufacturing area
- Use Danaher Business System tools to meet core value driver targets including safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Lead a team of approximately 8 operators to ensure on-time delivery of quality products
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates within the team to ensure they meet learning objectives
- Investigate and document quality issues in the Veeva system and implement CAPAs to prevent recurrence
