  • Experience targeting and closing large prospects (companies with +200 up to 10,000 employees) in private and public sectors
  • Ability to drive deals and manage key customer relationships
  • Skills in educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding key stakeholders (HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, Board of Directors)
  • Understanding and application of Alan's Smart & Soft selling method (relevant messaging/materials and high-touch strategy tailored to prospects)
  • Team player mindset: challenge and improve product, methods, strategy; get involved in projects/initiatives for customer base growth

Responsibilities

  • Target and close largest prospects in private and public sectors (companies with +200 up to 10,000 employees)
  • Help companies transition to a more personal, proactive, and holistic health partner
  • Drive sales deals and manage key customer relationships
  • Educate prospects and provide inspiring product demonstrations
  • Onboard companies’ key stakeholders (HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, Board of Directors) during transition from prospect to customer
  • Apply Alan's Smart & Soft selling method to create pleasant, instructive, and delightful prospect experiences
  • Look at the big picture, contribute to company growth, challenge/improve product, methods, and strategy
  • Act as a team player, get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing the customer base
