Diploma or higher in a relevant Chemistry subject
Experienced and deeply knowledgeable in own system or/and own equipment
Deep understanding of P&G methods
Must maintain area to meet GMP, QAC requirement and 5S standard
Fully responsible for fostering a safe workplace and work systems meeting quality/compliance expectations

Responsibilities

Perform routine, usually basic laboratory testing
Maintain laboratory equipment/systems
Review data against specifications
Perform lab investigations as needed
Perform basic troubleshooting of analytical methods and equipment
Lead the team of lab analysts in their day-to-day work
Analyze Raw material, Packaging material, In process material, Bulk product and Finished Product following P&G Method
Attend training and qualification programs and pass qualification criteria within accurate documentation
Maintain area to meet GMP, QAC requirements and 5S standards
Own fully the responsibility to foster both a safe workplace and work systems that meet quality/compliance expectations
Continuously find and fix defects in own area while cleaning execution
Improve the capability to work with free defects by applying IWS/AM/PM/Kaizen/5S and related IWS tools
Build capability to use failure analysis, Why-Why tool, and set troubleshooting
Perform tests including: Nitrogen, Active matter, all assay methods, Arsenic, Free Amine, Hydroxyl Value, Identification, Insoluble Iron, Iodine Value, etc
